Outlook Mail
Connect your Outlook mailbox so client correspondence sits alongside the rest of the file, and so Templi can read the relevant email thread when you ask it about a client. The connection is read-only: Templi never sends, replies, files or deletes anything in your mailbox.
What it does
A Recent emails card on your home dashboard shows what has just landed. The same card on a client's dashboard shows only the correspondence with that client.
Ask Templi about a client and it can search your mailbox for the relevant thread, so the answer quotes what was agreed by email rather than what was assumed.
Messages are matched to a client using the email address on their Templi record.
Each person connects their own Outlook account and only ever sees their own mail.
Connect
In Templi, click Integrations, open Outlook Mail and click Connect.
Review what the app will be able to do and click Authorise and connect.
Sign in to your Microsoft account in the tab that opens and allow read-only access to your mail.
Add the Recent emails card to your home and client dashboards.
Templi asks Microsoft for read-only access to your messages, your basic profile, and permission to keep the connection alive without asking you to sign in again.
