Gmail
Connect Gmail so client correspondence sits alongside the rest of the file, and so Templi can read the relevant email thread when you ask it about a client. The connection is read-only: Templi never sends, replies, files or deletes anything in your mailbox.
What it does
A Recent emails card on your home dashboard shows what has just landed. The same card on a client's dashboard shows only the correspondence with that client.
Ask Templi about a client and it can search your mailbox for the relevant thread, so the answer quotes what was agreed by email rather than what was assumed.
Messages are matched to a client using the email address on their Templi record.
Each person connects their own Gmail account and only ever sees their own mail.
Connect
In Templi, click Integrations, open Gmail and click Connect.
Review what the app will be able to do and click Authorise and connect.
Sign in to Google in the tab that opens and allow read-only access to your mail.
Add the Recent emails card to your home and client dashboards.
Templi asks Google for read-only access to your messages and the address of the mailbox you connected, nothing more.
